SHAWN RAY BIOGRAPHY:
Shawn Ray began competing at 17 years old, a high school junior.
He is presently 37 years old and compete once a year in the Mr. Olympia.
During his professional career there have been only two bodybuilders he
never beat. Between these two athletes are 14 Mr. Olympia titles.
he speaking of non other than 8 time Mr. Olympia lee Haney and 6
time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.
These two greats are now retired and presently Ronnie Coleman hold
the title for the year 1998 – 2004. He stands 5'-11" and weight roughly
250 lbs. Ronnie came in hard and in shape to win his first Mr. Olympia
at 35 years of age.

record for Longest Run from Scrimmage (98 yrds), both of which
still stand.
