When you hear the words British Grand Prix, do you get an image of suave
European men cruising around winding country roads in vintage jaguar coupes?
If so, then you couldn't be more wrong and it's time to get up to speed!
Although the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) British Grand
Prix is a spectator sport in Europe, the main attraction isn't a stock of
muscle cars, but more so a bunch of Muscle heads!
That's right; the IFBB British Grand Prix & Fitness Expo is a two day extravaganza
that features everything imaginable in the fitness realm. The Grand Prix itself
attracts some of the biggest names in Bodybuilding who will be competing for a
pro title in both Men's Open and Under 202 classes. Just weeks after the Arnold
Classic, it's an easy transition for most competitors to compete in prime condition.
Other competitive events include power lifting, strong man competitions, MMA fights,
and fitness modeling - just to name a few!
